Black screen/system freezes when connecting eGPU to the right side ports (2017 15” MBP)

I’m in a loop hole here. I followed the step by step guide to set it up except whenever I tried connecting my eGPU to the right side ports of my 2017 15” MBP the windows crashes. If I turn on the macbook with the eGPU connected there I get a black screen, or if I connect it as soon as I see the rEFInd screen, the system freezes. My only option then is to use the left side ports, which I get error 12, and since I need to use them, I cant disable the Intel Xeon 1200 ....... 1905 from device manager. So I tried disabling the “Microsoft basic Display adapter” (AMD dGPU) and when I do so the system crashes and I need to use the system restore otherwise it doesnt boot anymore, even without the eGPU connected. Has anyone had this problem? Is there a away to use the right side ports in this case?
