I tried horizon 4 force and 2160p high details with active vsync I do 53fps and maximum temperature 65º.
And just to make a comparison, pes 2019 has 60fps fixed at 2160p high details.
I measured the temperature with the evga precision x1 software specific for the evga rtx.
As for the radeon drivers I use those of bootcampdrivers. net version 18.8.2.
The radeon apple drivers cause me blocks on startup even without egpu.
It happens since windows arrived at version 1803.

Osx 10.15.5

Here is my Heaven result.
Temp went to 63 degree, so your Core X is doing good job cooling it seems.

Hello everyone,
if I use my egpu on a partition of my fusion drive, everything works.
I tried to install windows 10 1803 on ssd usb 3.0 and everything seems to work, but if I install the updates of March 2019 the egpu doesn't work. Keyboard and mouse are disconnected and the Mac freezes. Tips?

I solved! Before starting the egpu I have to first disconnect (and if I want to also reconnect) another usb hdd that I usually leave always connected.

Hello. Sorry for my bad english.

I have the same iMac i9 vega48 + Razer Core + vega64
My vega64 has exactly the same problems. Mac Pro 2012 in the games Shadow of the Tomb Raider and No man's sky, 1440p high settings, gives 60 and rare simpletons.
I stumbled upon egpu.io too late, and read this post here https://egpu.io/forums/postid/72088/
Please tell me, if I put 2080ti, is there a chance to get 60 FPS at 1440 with high settings, for example, Shadow of the Tomb Raider or No man's sky if you checked, or your game, games?

Thanks.

I have screenshots of tests, but it seems I can’t publish them.

To do: Create my signature with system and expected eGPU configuration information to give context to my posts. I have no builds.

Hi,
at 1440p with a 2080ti in egpu you should have no problems with almost any 60fps game with high details.
In 4k I play almost all games at 60fps with high / ultra details

Hello. Thanks for answering.
Then I will order a RTX 2080 Ti. I wanted to use RX Vega 64 + iMac and buy Radeon VII for Mac Pro, but apparently not fate Smile
