I am using a Macbook Pro 15in 2017 Windows 10 with a 2080ti eGPU in a Razer Core X Chroma. It works well enough, but certain applications do not seem to utilize my eGPU. I try to use the Windows 10 graphics settings but they do not seem to have an effect in these cases. I was told that I can force them to use it in the Nvidia Control Panel, but I have been unable to open it, getting the message "NVIDIA display settings are not available". Is there some other workaround?

@mikolaj_goclon, i have the same problem all though i am not even shure if my MacBook is ever jusing the external egpu plus i am not getting anny image on my external monitors that are connected to my Razer core chroma via displayport..
To do: Create my signature with system and expected eGPU configuration information to give context to my posts. I have no builds.
.@panther2512, This seems rather different to my situation- as my EGPU actually works (just that some applications don't seem to recognize it for some reason). What does it say in the Device Manager? How are your drivers? (Ik, generic recommendation, but important)
