I was wondering when should I plug in the usb c?
Should I let MacBook to run windows bootcamp and once logged in just plugged in?
Or when MacBook is off already plug in the usb c?
Also, when I want to go back to Mac OS, Is it necessary in bootcamp to "switch" and somehow select to use AMD-DG of Mackbook before I restart the laptop?

.@willdang331106, You can try cold-plug with the RTX 3070 + Razer Core X connected. If the system hangs at boot screen then waits until Windows loads into the Desktop then hot-plug the eGPU. You don't need to manually switch to dGPU prior to booting back into macOS.
