Installation steps
case 1 : You want to make PCIE 1.1x1 connection
1,Place the GPU you want to use on PC4C v2.1
2,Connect the HDMI to Expresscard cable or HDMI to mini pcie cable to the x1 port
3,Connect the cable your laptop Expresscard port or mini pcie port
4,Power on your laptop and starting windows
5,Install Nvidia driver
6,eGPU It will work (*It may not work different eGPU)
case 2 : You want to make PCIE 1.1x2 connection
1,Place the GPU you want to use on PC4C v2.1
2,Connect the HDMI to Expresscard cable and HDMI to mini pcie cable to the x1 port and x2 port
3,Connect the cable your laptop Expresscard port and mini pcie port
4,Power on your laptop and starting eGPU setup 1.35(*Without eGPU setup 1.35 you can't PCIE 1.1x2 connection)
5,eGPU setup 1.35 > menu-based > PCIE ports > x2 or x1E port > Select p3 > Reboot
6,eGPU setup 1.35 again > menu-based > PCIE ports > x2 or x1E port > Select p3 > Chainloader > Test run
7,Starting windows
8,Install Nvidia driver
9,eGPU It will work (*It may not work different eGPU)
10,Please Open GPU-Z and check [Bus interface] item
if [Bus interface] right side shown "... @ x2 1.1" it was success
if shown "... @ x1 1.1" it was failed
Shoutdown after ,Please try again from step 4

Hi. I use almost same system, PM45 chipset, and I even want to buy the same cpu. but my GPU is Asus Dual 1070. We maybe only two in the world who still use such system!
Can you test some game say Fallout 4 or GTA 5 or any popular game? Thanks. I buy Gpu but my EXP GDC is still in a delivery and I dreaming sort of. And I also want to combine 2 or 4 mpcie.

I don't have Fallout 4 and GTA 5 so I can't test.
But I tested with other PC.
Performance result is
You need to buy PE4C v2.1 or PE4H v2.4 (Not EXP GDC)If you want to PCIE 2x 1.1 or PCIE 4x 1.1.
It is very late, I already bought new rig.
