System specs : Thinkpad T430 14" 1600x900 display, Core i7-3632QM, 16GB RAM, SSD, integrated graphics (Intel HD 4000). External Monitor is a HP EliteDisplay 231.

eGPU hardware: EXP GDC Beast v8.5c with ExpressCard paired with EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB. Dell DA-2 Power Supply

Hardware pictures:

Installation steps:
Installed Windows 10 1903 in UEFI Mode.
Shut down machine
Turned power ATX switch to ON on EXP GDC Dock
Inserted ExpressCard from dock to laptop
Boot laptop. For me, there was no issue with error 12 running in UEFI Mode
I did run into the error 43 that ails the 10 series cards, but nando's error 43 fixer took care of that
That was it!

All benchmarks were completed on external monitor
FireStrike 1.1
NightRaid 1.0

Valley Bench
Heaven Bench

I love these old 2012 Ivy Bridge machines. Some benchmark and gaming results would be welcome.
