Installation steps:
Installed Windows 10 1903 in UEFI Mode.
Shut down machine
Turned power ATX switch to ON on EXP GDC Dock
Inserted ExpressCard from dock to laptop
Boot laptop. For me, there was no issue with error 12 running in UEFI Mode
I did run into the error 43 that ails the 10 series cards, but nando's error 43 fixer took care of that
That was it!
