Guildwars 2 is working fine with medium settings in QHD resolution.
This is my old setup for gaming I used more than 6 years ago.
It did a really great job (mostly guildwars2 and CSGO) rather than the embedded int HD GPU (which is unusable for gaming).
It have now a second life as I gave it to my son and it still provide pretty decent efficiency.
Hi. Can you guide me as i have a similar setup with 2012 mac mini and gtx 1060 sc gpu. However when i plug the Thunderbolt connection the enclosure is detected but gpu is not. Gpu fan flickets every 3-4 seconds. I knwo gpu is ok bcoz i tested on my friends deaktop pc. I have tried dell da2 supply and deaktop pau but both have same response. I have tried it on 2 different 2012 mac mini and 2015 macbook pro but the result ia always same.
@flemingo, I am not sure what could be your issue.
I did nothing special to make this work, just boot from USB key with windows 10 pro.
Delete all partitions, install windows, install nvidia drivers.
The only problem I have sometime is monitor stay off at boot.
I need to restart the mac several time till it works.
