Be careful one is for SERVER, that is not the one that will work with Bootcamp...
-
-
Prepared EFI USB
-
Simply copy-paste the EFI folder to a FAT32 formatted USB stick
-
-
Generated DSDT file with this guide
-
After following the steps, I got 4 errors when compiling (option 1 intel method, step iv), where apparently errors were to be expected. Make note of each line on which the error occurs.
-
I downloaded a pre-compiled DSDT override that seemed to match my Macbook (Apple_2016_late-13in-Macbook-Pro-Touchbar_vertice-supplied.zip)
-
Downloaded and installed WinMerge and opened and compared my own generated dsdt-modified.dsl (with 4 errors) with the pre-compiled dsdt-modified.dsl
-
I replaced the error lines in my own dsdt-modified.dsl file with the lines from the pre-compiled dsdt-modified.dsl
-
Compiled my own generated, but edited, dsdt-modified.dsl file once more, and got 0 errors
-
Renamed the resulting .aml file to DSDT.aml and placed it in the EFI USB folder \EFI\CLOVER\ACPI\Windows\
-
Reboot from EFI (press q, then select windows) and check if you have a large memory entry in device manager (see step 3 here)
-
If so, success and move to next steps
-
-
Boot W10 into safe mode and DDU delete AMD drivers
-
Turn off macbook
-
Connect and turn on eGPU
-
Boot into windows via EFI USB
-
Install AMD drivers directly from their website, reboot (always using EFI USB)
-
Should work!

No this build is W10 Pro (I can confirm also W10 Home works). Not sure about Win to Go.. With the necessary EFI USB boot sequence I doubt that will work.

I have almost an identical build:
Interestingly enough, you have quite better UValley benchmark score on Windows (4571 vs 3942). Most other folks have scores closer to what I have with this kind of build. I am wondering if that is because you didn't use the ExtremeHD Preset in UValley and used a Custom one or if it is driver/Windows related as I have latest Windows updates installed with all latest drivers.
If its not too much trouble, do you mind running your benchmark with standard ExteremeHD preset?
This most likely had to do indeed with my custom presets. Running in ExtremeHD gets me 3622, see below screenshot

@timcaffrey Thanks for this guide, because of you I was able to get this up and running quickly on Windows 10 Pro.
