Heaven on external display in OS X
OS X 10.15.1 Beta 1 was plug and play support. The drivers are still a definite WIP. When trying some light gaming (Word of Warcraft Classic) there was a flicker line of sorts within the game. Audio will also intermittently go out. I upgraded to Beta 2 at the first chance and the flicker is gone, but the sound issues remain. The Heaven benchmark ran with neither of these issues. Has anyone else experienced anything similar?
While I'm confident those are not hardware issues, I wanted to try gaming on Windows to rule that out. Unfortunately I haven't gotten it going yet on Windows 10 1903. When I boot normally I get error 12. The boot screen endlessly hangs (though keeps spinning progress) when I use apple_set_os.efi with rEFInd. Still searching for a solution on this.
What kind of boost in score did you see in the benchmark?
My benchmark was in OSX. I haven't been able to get past error 12 in bootcamp yet.
