Installation Steps

I already have Windows 10 1803 installed with lots of data, so I never really had the luxury of install a fresh copy. I already have AMD Radeon's Adrenaline 19.1.2 drivers installed from bootcampdrivers.com. So after setting up the eGPU, what I had to do in my copy of Windows was this:

1. Ensure that I have nothing plugged on to the USB-C ports.
2. Hot-plug the eGPU TB3 cable to the top right port of my Macbook Pro
3. Install nVidia's latest drivers
4. Restart

After subsequent restarts.
1. Ensure nothing connected to any USB-C ports.
2. Login to Windows and ensure everything loads up (keyboard lights up, trackpad works, all system tray icons loaded).
2. Hot-plug eGPU TB3 cable to the top right port of my Macbook Pro.
3. Wait for the eGPU to be detected (it should turn up in the Device Manager without problems).
4. Plug in my mouse and Apple power cable to the left ports of my Macbook Pro.
For some reason, the mouse and the eGPU cannot be plugged on the same side!
5. Use Windows 10 Hybrid Graphics to configure your game to use High Performance.
6. Enjoy!
