@angelo_dizon, sorry for the late a swear. Yes you can, I received my r43sg today and is working fine with the wavlink ute02.

@captain_jack, hope this is not a late reply.
I have a Dell 7490 and im using ADT-Link R43SG with Jeyi Leidian NVME-TB3 case.
It work flawlessly and you can plug and play anytime.
Im using 1060 6gb and can run most game using INTERNAL Display on 1080p and get 50-60fps...
