Installation steps
- MacOS = plug and play
- Win10 1903 V1 = After clean install with Bootcamp drivers and autoupdate disabled it is necessary to configure and test on second computer or mobile phone the RDP connection (Remote Desktop Protocol). Shutdown. Connect eGPU TB cable and start straight to WIN10. Result no screen. Run the RDP on second computer and login remotely. Everything has to be configured and drivers installed via RDP (if you prefer TeamViewer it is also usable). After Adrenaline installed simple reboot with everything connected. External screen will start up with login screen.

Hi. Did you success? I bought secondhand another Mac mini 2018 with 10.15.7. I was able without any issue replicate the boot camp setup via RDP. No error 12 no issue. Software switching between win/mac os works perfect.
