@triumph_013, thanks for running the test! Looks like I'm going to get myself a Blade Stealth too. Just need to wait for a decent sale (which is a rare event in Germany) :).

 

It's OK for a CPU to go beyond 25W for short bursts. That's how it speeds up short intensive tasks like starting programs. Don't worry, the CPU won't burn because of that as there's a limit on bursts duration. @shkronk, It's mentioned above, Intel Power Gadget.  This tool saves a recording as a .csv, I created the charts myself in Excel.
