In my case, the original 20V 65W PSU have to be replaced by a 20V 90W PSU or you will have a lot of USB issues...
In the bios, if your video setting is set to "IGPU", start your computer with your screen plugged on the integrated DisplayPort of the m710q and turn your bios setting to "auto".
Save and Stop your computer.
Plug your screen on the graphic card. Start your computer. Install your drivers
Flight simulator 2020 is my benchmark: with this conf, I can run it at 1080p, 60Hz, settings details to "intermediate" level (compare to "high" level with the same graphic card on a classic desktop),
GTX660 tested too, working too.

My geekbox, strong and cheap, is made with an old asus gtx660 box with the 2 PSUs, the usb HDD and the Lenovo+extender case inside, and the GPU on the top
For gaming (fs2020 OK, didn't try cyberpunk yet) and retrogaming (until xenia), that's do a good job
