Hello everyone , I am  from Taiwan 🙂

2 days ago i got Asus ROG Strix 1080Ti O11G and XG station2 ,i am so happy that my Laptop can use 1080 ti for game,

after setup everything ,i notice the game's FPS worse than internal GPU GTX 1060.....but  the most strange thing is the benchmark program  like 3Dmark or

Heaven Benchmark-Valley Benchmark 's score are normal.(external monitor in 1080p,game setting all max out-The witcher 3 , Rise of the Tomb raider)

Any idea what's going on?

It may be a false positive. @goalque also had half H2D numbers with his AKiTiO Node putting bandwidth lower than a TB2 enclosure, but under gaming tests did produce better results: https://egpu.io/forums/thunderbolt-enclosures/alert-akitio-node-half-h2d-bandwidth-issue/paged/4/#post-6438

Regardless, the enclosure manufacturers need to address this lower-than-expected CUDA bandwidth issue.

i try use external  1080p monitor with XG station2+1080Ti      VS  internal 1080p monitor(MSI GS63 VR ) with XG station2+1080Ti  ( running The Witcher 3 and Rise of the tomb raider)

the game FPS almost the same...and both game running in 1080p with all setting max out only got 40-50 FPS,way too low for 1080Ti
