Early 2018 13" Razer Blade Stealth + GTX [email protected] (Lenovo TB3 eGFX Dock) + Win10 [theitsage]
Early 2018 13" Razer Blade Stealth - i7-8550U/UHD Graphics 620 iGPU/16GB RAM/5126GB SSD
Windows 10 1709 - Lenovo Quick Start Guide for this enclosure stated Windows Fall Creator Update is one of the prerequisites for this TB3 Graphics Dock to work. Lenovo's own driver is another. Without this driver, you'll likely encounter eGPU detection issue.
macOS 10.13 is a no-go. The device itself showed up and expansion ports work but the eGPU is not visible at all. Read my unboxing post for more detail.

I've tried three different laptops and this Razer Blade Stealth was the only one I managed to pair successfully with the Lenovo Thunderbolt 3 Graphics Dock. Lenovo has some restrictions in place that make setup more difficult than it should. Unless you have a Lenovo ultrabook, this graphics dock is not something I would recommend.
Would this eGPU work on Windows on a Macbook Pro?
