I got my Node setup on Macmini today.  Same GPU's and screen, no issues with Automate Script.

K620:

Cinebench was 44.57fps, this is half the score on windows?

Heaven was 34.2fps

My WX2100 is Lexa XT, so it seems this is not supported on OSX, as there isn’t a driver?

I didn’t make any modification so far:

I bought a 120W PSU from a local store as I wanted to make sure that I had no issues with my cards.

That said the specs are actually within AKiTiO requirements (or just over):

P400 = 30 W, K620 = 45W, WX2100 <35W, W4100 <50W

The fan is not loud, so I would say not needed to replace on this box

Here is CudaZ for the Nvidia Quadro K620:

What’s the PCI ID of the WX 2100?

It’s a Polaris 12, PCIE ID is 6995

My W4100 just crashes my mini, no video will show up even though the script pics it up without issues.

Strange P400 work on OSX when it didn’t work in Windows.

Cinebench is 30.88fps, Heaven 29.4fps.

@TobyB, this is the first Node Lite eGPU implementation.  Quite a bit of interest in this enclosure for a mini-eGPU.

Would you mind including pics along with details of your PSU and any cooling mods?

Subbed for pics and more tests.

Also, nando (or anyone else) is there a guide anywhere for replacing the fan on the Thunder3? For someone who knows nothing about electrics?

@Eightarmedpet, a Noctua  NF-A6x25-flx (60cm)  and 3-to-2-pin fan adapter is a plug’n’play quiet fan replacement. From here:

I switched to a i7 2.6 mini from the i5 2.5.  This gave a small boost, Cinebench was 57.54fps, Heaven was 100.2fps, GeekBench OpenGL 88.6k
