Installation steps
I first bought my Mantiz Saturn Pro and a RTX 2070 before realizing there was no way to make the Turing cards work with OSX 10.13.
Then bought my EVGA GTX 1080Ti for a reasonable price over Ebay.
I tried @fr34k macOS-eGPU.sh for a while without success for my setup. Then went with @mac_editor purge-wrangler.sh
and it worked perfectly right of.
I had to mess a little bit with the CUDA drivers to make Octane work, but finally everything was performing like a charm.

Comments
I have recently had some problem with this build. I've used my setup intensively with Cinema 4D and Octane for a month and it was working like a charm.
My Mac see recognize the eGPU when I logout and hotplug. And I can start working just like normal but at some point, complete black screen. No more sound, the MacPro is still on but nothing respond. I need to force a shut down and unplug the eGPU to reboot my setup.
It seems to be really random, as if the 1080Ti loses power, it's down the same black screen as if I had hot-unplog the Tb cable.
So the setup seems to be still working but those random black screen are really annoying. Does it happened to anyone?
