dell xpz l511z (intel hd3000 and nvidia 525m combo)

i7-2620M

 

eGPU hardware (eGPU enclosure, video card, any third-party TB3 cable, any custom mods)

EXP GDC 8.5c
Nvidia GTX 1050Ti
custom wood enclosure

its my birtday so i just finished front panel for today paintings and edges are coming after holidays

 

 

 

Installation steps (what did you do to get it all going?)

Grab a moded bios at bios mods
Grab some egpu hardware, i use exp-gdc v8.5

Get gpu like 1060ti  u can go higher but u will be cpu bootlenecked .
U can aditionaly solder mpcie slot on motherboard if u got soldering skils .
In bios in memory configuration set tolud size to 2.5gb . dont need to disable or enable anything else . Hook up your hardware and before powering on hold D key on keyboard.
screen will flash few times and windows will boot. everything works out of box if u use external display however if u wanna use optimus u must buy diy egpu setup 1.35 software from nando4.

 

Benchmarks (Include a CUDA-Z or AIDA64 bandwidth pic. Optional: Valley, 3dmark, noting if it's on internal/external LCD )
