Has anyone come up with a way of connecting the E Port on Dell laptops such as my Latitude E5570 to an eGPU?

To do: Create my signature with system and expected eGPU configuration information to give context to my posts. I have no builds.

The now obsoleted E-port does not provide PCIe lines so cannot be used for eGPU purposes.  Thunderbolt-optioned Latitude E5570's can have a Thunderbolt eGPU attached. They also have a NVME SSD slot that can be re-purposed to host an eGPU.  Check the builds for examples.
