Hello everyone, this is my first time in this forum.

I’ve just bought the EXP GDC  V8.0 (NGFF) and I know that it could be a lot of problems in the implementation.
For example the t440p has a whitelist to the WLAN port, and who knows what other problem could be there.
Has anyone tried the EXP GDC Beast on a T440p?

I use an NGFF EXP GDC GTX970 with my T460p laptop and run into no whitelisting issues. Looks like it's gonna be a pain for you though, the T440p whitelist probably needs custom BIOS flashing to get past it, and that's a whole can of worms on its own.

I’ve searched far and wide and can’t find anyone else that’s tried it. A friendly reddit user pointed me in the right direction. As i understand i should first purchase one of these:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/222367957172

I’m not sure whether to get the 4 or 6 pin version though. Then from there get hold of an old GPU and see what happens. If successful go ahead an upgrade the GPU. Which power supply should i be looking out for?

I’m running an i7-4770s on a 1920×1080 monitor.

Thanks for any help.

Hi everyone, this is my first post here and before strating id like to say im from argentina and i may have some spelling mistakes. So, I have a toshiba satellite p55w, and i would like to upgrade the gpu to an evga 1060 3gb (sc or standar model), but after reading all the threads about error 43, now im a bit afraid, u know. So the questions are:

Is it going to work?

If so, which Psu should i get? Because a full psu is a bit overkill just to power a gpu

Does anyone know if the laptop has hotplugging enabled?

Thanks, Im glad to see ur answers

Sorry, i changed my mind, the graphic cards i may buy are this ones

Gtx 1060 evga sc 6gb

Gtx 1060 zotac 6gb

Thats lucky
