I am planning on using an EXP GDC  on my Old laptop This is the Spec:

OS: Windows 10

CPU: i3 2350M

RAM: 6GB DDR3

dGPU: Nvidia Geforce 610M

Do you think I can use an eGpu on my laptop?? If there is a Chance that I can use an eGPU what do you think is Compatible??
Thanks for answering Guys 😀

Look buddy depending on the GPU your gonna use it will probably boost you performance a lot but don’t expect 1080p ultra 60FPS or even 720P 60FPS because your device uses PCIE 2.0 and it’ll bottleneck hard. I say it usually worth it if your device has a Thunderbolt 4 lane or at least a skylake CPU(i5-6200U or better)

@kian_moiny, Oh Thanks Dude 😀

But what if its all low setting? will I get a 60FPS on any games? or it will bottleneck?

@corvus, The number of games that I was actually able to get 60FPS from are only a handful. The strange thing is it doesn’t matter what what quality setting I'm at the FPS doesn’t change only the resolution affects the FPS. Does it increase performance? heck yeah. Before eGPU I couldn’t even play mass effect andromeda. But now I can at 900p high settings. It gets me around 30-40 FPS way better than 720p low 20FPS. I use the PCIe x1 2.0 and the internal monitor so I’m bottlenecking the card pretty hard and since your laptop is even older you will see a huge performance overhead just like me but it depends on the GPU as well. Just as long as you keep your expectations in place everything will be just fine. Btw I suggest you buy an ADT-Link instead of the EXP BEAST sure it’s a bit more expensive but at least it won’t have any signal issues.
