The R43SG-TU version of R43SG is actually the same product as the regular version: the cable can be turned backwards after removing the tape that holds it, however this can be done only once (try again and it'll break).

Hi. Nice to see the insides of it.
Any idea if this cable has the PCI-Express lanes in twisted pairs? Or it's just composed of parallel wires?

I bought R43SG riser, NVME version, for my Lenovo y-700, I tried to test it with my old gpu and my old power supply, following the tutorial i found here.
so I removed the safety tape, and replaced it... my riser cable is only 25cm and as is tried to align my setup, i broke the pins of the cable and the nvme disk, it looks like this now...
so i broke the pins, now i need help, how do I solder it back together, is it possible? or i just lost 100$ and 2 weeks of waiting by not being careful enough.

.If skillful with soldering, you'd apply flux, align the pins and use a heatgun to reflow the solder to reattch the pins.
Otherwise just purchase an ADT-Link R43SG-TU so are not risking trying to make an R43SG into a R43SG-TU.

@nando4, hey, have you got any idea how to reattach them? i mean there are two colors of the cables inside, red ones and black ones but i don't know which one goes where on the nvme disk
