HWInfo report PCI Express x4 not in use, how can I identify it?

As the title says, I need some help, I downloaded HWinfo on my laptop with the following setup:

HP 15-AF~ AMD A8-7410 and RX 470 4Gb with GDC EXP 8.5c NGFF version, using an external monitor.

I found out that there is two PCI Express buses the #1 and #2, and I connected my HDMI to NGFF adapter from the GDC EXP to my wireless adapter port, but is being identified as connected on the bus #2 with PCI Express x1 speed, and the bus #1 remains emphy, this means that on my motherboard there some other PCI connector where I can get x4 speed?

This may not answer your question, but which HDMI to NGFF adapter did you use? Would you mind providing the link please? Thanks beforehand.
