ah I forgot that I uprated the pci port from 1.1 to 2.0 using gen2 option using both bios and diy setup.
gpu-z always says that I'm using my mpci at 1.1 speed..

ah another thing, if I don't expand the pci port to 36bit large memory, my nvidia card doesn't get any arror in device manager (no error 43), but the card still doesn't work

One week ago I bought all the components.. 350W Psu, GTX 1050 Low Profile from Gigabyte and the EXP GDC Beast..
Connected eveyrthing.. removed the Wireless Wifi card, connected the Veast cable etc.
When eveyrthing is connected.. turned PC on.. went to boot settings disabled Integrated NIC.. Okay.. went to drivers.. downloaded the newest ones.. didnt work, tried 368th version, with modifying etc. Didn't work.. is there any new bright ideas that could help me on fixing this idea?
Thanks!
Best regards,
Rudolfs.

P.S. I'm using Dell Inspiron 15r with i5 4200U and 8gb of ram.

i have an asus k45a i5 with intel hd4000, got myself a 1050ti, the beast 8.5v but could not get it to work, and i dont know if i need mess with the bios, and buy the diy egpu program... I could not find any build with my laptop, so i'm lost even more lol. I think the windows recognizes the adapter, but now windows just labels it as unknown device, tried to install the modded nvidia drivers but it keeps failing, i dont know where to go from here, pls halp! Appreciate.

I did the 1050ti tutorial again, and this time I was able to go until the end with no errors, BUUUT, as I was happy trying to play my Overwatch, the game did not recognize the 1050ti...and I have some warnings about it, saying tha there is no videocard from nvidia in my computer...

Hello, I registered on this forum cause I need a help.
I have a gtx 660ti oc with Exp GDC and its working without any problems. Its suplied by Dell Da-2. To modernize this setup i buy a MSI GTX 1060 3Gb and when i changed graphic cards the new one is not recognized in Windows 7. The gtx 1060 fans works. When changing back to GTX 660ti everything is normal and i can normaly work. What should i do ? So much thanks for any replies.

Can you define "not recognized"? Does it not appear in the Device Manager, or does it not work?
