Hello
I want to ask why my laptop doesn't detect the new hardware, even though I've already installed exp gdc beast v8.5c with vga GALAX gtx 1650 4GB DDR6 with 500W PSU, everything is installed and the dock light indicator turns on when the laptop is turned on
I see on this forum someone is using a similar laptop, but it runs smoothly
That's where I want to ask, why is it not detected on my laptop?
Specification :
Laptop Asus ROG GL552VW
GALAX GTX 1650 4GB DDR6

.Lenovo Ideapad 330S-14IKB i5 [8th Gen] + GTX960 + @ 32 Gbps-M.2 (JHH-Link Dock-M.2 NVMe) + Win10 + PSU 450w [link Specifications]
Hello guys!
After installing normally and following the step by step similar to building the eGPU from Jkeychen Liew
error 43 "Windows has stopped this device because it encountered problems." however when trying to run the scrip provided by @nando4 [SCRIPT] nvidia-error43-fixer the pc freezes in the execution of the scrip and I need to restart the notebook.
I don't know what to do, can someone help me please?
UPDATE:
I managed to install the video card driver, but when trying to run the script, the following message appears: [NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960] is already registry patched but still has error code 43.
UPDATE:
On GPU-z the Memory Size has 0 MB, GPU Clock has values normally, I don't know if this helps to understand the problem [printscreen]
UPDATE:
I tested the video card on a desktop PC and it is working normally [printscreen]
I took the liberty of taking a screenshot of the Windows Device Manager, with and without the video card connected [printscreen] [printscreen]
and a review of Aida-64 [printscreen]
A few points caught my attention:
1 - the PCIe Device has a malfunction in the Device Manager;
2 - The Bus Interface is running on x4 1.1, when I believe it should be x16 3.0.

.@pedro_vitor, it seems to me from ur post u have unstable connection exactly what i had before switching to GEN2. If u read my post most of errors are occuring bc of unstable connection. I also could intall drivers and see the gpu before downgrading but it would never be usable.

Thanks for the help, would using DIY eGPU Setup 1.35 and downgrading solve the problem?
Over the weekend I will re-install Windows 10 to a newer version and try again to install the eGPU.

.@pedro_vitor, It should help but u can never be 100 procent certain. It did help me and as i can see generally u have similar issues.
After a few hours between formatting Windows and installing drivers, unfortunately I haven't made much progress, but one of the Device Manager errors is gone, and I believe your suggestion to try with diy egpu setup 1.35 by @nando4 I think is right

.Hi,
I have T430 (I5-3320M, iGPU HD4000, dGPU NVS 5400m (disabled), 8GB RAM and Win10 21H1 19043.1826) 400W PSU
Im trying to make GT1030 work with EXP GDC V8.5C. However, whenever i connect everything and then turn on the laptop, already from the Windows booting screen its extremely lagging. When i go to device manager it doesn't show anything. Only the first time when i tried to do this i saw the card in Device manager but it showed an error 12 i think. But now it doesn't show anything. Card still works, tried it with a normal PC and i even tried a different card.
I also tried changing to Gen1, ATX PW on/off and PTD.
Any tips?
