Hello guys,
I have a NP600B4C notebook ( https://www.samsung.com/us/computer/pcs/NP600B4C-A01US-specs). a good corporate model machine that I got very cheap. it has EC2, which I will use to connect the EXP GDC EC.
My intention was to use with a GTX 7XX series however as the used market is very bad due to mining, I am thinking of using a gtx1030 or 1050.
as I could find out in our friend's topic ( https://egpu.io/forums/expresscard-mpcie-m-2-adapters/expresscard-2-0-egpu-interface-pros-cons-candidate-notebook-list/) the EC has a better acceptance of the 10xx series.
I would like to know if it is necessary to make any configuration to enable the use of this series with GDC.

.You will likely get famous Error 43 with 1050. But that's easily solvable.

I would suggest getting at least 1050Ti, or even 1060.

Acceptance is better on model 1050ti?
