@all, Q: Why can't I edit my posts or send PMs? is a frequent newbie query.

This is because the forum software anti-spam module prevents edits and  PMs if you have less than 5 total posts.

The edit button and PM functionality appears after you've made 5 moderator approved posts.

I agree, a good measure indeed.

To do: Create my signature with system and expected eGPU configuration information to give context to my posts. I have no builds.

Is there also a similar measure for being able to send private messages to users?

I think there are better anti-spam methods. I'd like to contribute my build, especially because I modded my Core X, it's semi-passive, dead silent on desktop (even when charging) and very quiet during gaming. But this is my first post, so I won't be able to upload pictures..

Hi there,

I did my first post some hours ago in this forum, anyway, frequently reading here for some months now.
The post does not go online, when I'm not logged in I cannot see it. On top there's an orange exclamation mark together with "Awaiting moderation". Does this mean that an administrator has to manually confirm my posts (because I have less that 5 at the moment)?

Thanks,
roedi78
