I want to engage with this community more, but I'm terrible at regularly checking the forums in a timely fashion. Notifications from an RSS feed would solve the problem, and according to WPForo's docs its a part of the forum's specification. Would it be a bear to make RSS feeds for Topics here a thing?

Additional end-user tip: use feedly.com as a RSS reader; with or without https://browsernative.com/feedly-chrome-extension/

Admin tip: its what we implemented at OSXLatitude.com (when I was part of the crew as website co-admin). Example for link format for eGPU frontpage  https://feedly.com/i/subscription/feed/http%3A%2F%2Fegpu.io%2Ffeed ... would be even cooler to have it as a dedicated subscription icon under our user profile thingy at the left of every post top right of the forum thread. Something that should be substanly easier to implement with WP codex + PHP's urlencode function opposed to IP.board / IPS powered sites.
