Hi To all eGpu.io users,
I'm very angry...
I was ready for eGpu world with the best, in my opinion, and perhaps the best part of it will be.
For my iMac 27” 2019 I bought the new Mantiz MZ-03 Saturn Pro and I was ready for the new Radeon RX 6800 XT that was promised to me by AMD... and instead I will have nothing before February 2021.
I use my iMac predominantly for work, with MacOS Catalina, while for flight simulation I prefer Windows 10 Pro. So my egpu will only serve me for Windows but I'm not an engineer so I would prefer something that won't cause me too much installation problems and headache.
What am I buying but that it is available immediately?
AMD RX 5700 XT or nVidia and what model?
Thank you for your help.

As you intend to use the eGPU in macOS, your only choice is AMD. Nvidia web drivers stopped at 10.13.6.
So consider a RX 5700 XT now, or wait for availability and macOS drivers for a RX 6800 / RX 6800 XT / RX 6900 XT.
