Mac mini 2018 - BootCamp boot issue when connect external USB device

I have success built Mac mini 2018 + Razer Core X + Vega 64 eGPU with 4K & 1080P connect. (I do not use built-in HDMI)
It’s works well and could switch between windows 10 and macOS when not connect built-in HDMI output or other USB storage device.

But when connecting the USB-C Lacie external HDD (HFS) under macOS. Then reboot to windows will only show black screen.
Shutdown the machine and plug out the HDD then boot could complete.

Similarity. Connecting USB SSD disk (NTFS) under windows then reboot to macOS also display nothing but black screen.
Turn off Mac mini and remove SSD then reboot still has the black screen issue.
Connect the built-in HDMI to one monitor could see recovery OS which display reset password panel.

I wonder how can I resolve that so not have to plug out all USB device when switching OS.

To do: Create my signature with system and expected eGPU configuration information to give context to my posts. I have no builds.

@mainasuk make sure to connect the eGPU in the first TB3 port the one next to the power plug, also don't connect the external drives in the second TB3 port, only use the port 3 and 4 for drives.
