I use an AMD Radeon Frontier in a sonnet breakaway box 650 connected to a MacPro 2013. Now I want to connect a LG 49" 5K via Display port to my AMD Frontier using Display Port. ( I use purge-wrangler patch ). Is it possible ? Greetings.

Probably. 5120x1440 is fewer pixels than 4K so it should work with DisplayPort 1.2. HDR10 requires DisplayPort 1.4. The Frontier Edition supports DisplayPort 1.4. If the proper resolution doesn't appear then you might need SwitchResX.

What does 16K mean after Radeon Frontier? Is it 16 GB?
