Greetings Everyone,

I am new to this group and I am running into some problems with the new eGPU that I just bought.

I have the Dell XPS 13 2-in-1, Razer Core X, and Nvidia 2060 Super.

Whenever I plug in the external monitor with the HDMI connected to the graphic card, the laptop screen and e monitor would just randomly stop. The only thing I can do is hit the power button and start the laptop again.

I have downloaded some software that is recommended in the booklet that Nvidia put in but I don't know if it's actually happening. I can change the resolution and things like that. Other than that, I don't what else to install.

I read something about BIOS and stuffs like that but I don't really understand them.

So Please HELP! I am stuck right now. One more thing, when I tried to plug in the eGPU just now, the graphic fans would spin so fast and does nothing. It stops only when I pull the plug from it.

To do: Create my signature with system and expected eGPU configuration information to give context to my posts. I have no builds.
