Improved Graphics Settings experience in Windows 10

Starting with Windows 10 Preview Build 20190 [announcement], we have better control in choosing a specific graphics card for each task. This is most helpful for eGPU users with a laptop that has both Intel iGPU and a dGPU. Multiple eGPU setup can assign different eGPUs to different tasks too. This settings is accessible under Settings > System > Display > Graphics settings or Settings > Gaming > Graphics settings
