I am once again in the market for a new ultrabook style laptop, and the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i has peaked my interest, but I have been unable to confirm whether the Thunderbolt 3 port has 4 lanes of PCI-E.

I did find an Indonesian review who actually used the Slim 7 with an eGPU, and from the screenshot it appears to be running at x4.

Would love to know if anyone can confirm that the CPU is running at 25watts, and if the TB3 Port is 4 lanes!

I can confirm it is 4x PCIE, but it is not 25w TDP. The TDP essentially comes down to cooling and the Slim 7 doesn't really have the cooling to operate at 25w. You can use throttlestop to unlock the power limits and the processor will go as long you keep it cool.
