Setup:
2018 15" MacBook Pro I7-8850H 6Core and RP560X
Gigabyte Gaming Box RX580 @ TB3

After using the gaming box RX580 with my macbook, my windows bootcamp partition is not able to  boot up on its own anymore. The RP560X gets error code 43, when booting up with my eGPU (expected), but when trying to boot up the macbook into bootcamp without eGPU, the internal display wont show me the login screen nor the desktop... I've tried to plug in a external display with HDMI adapter directly to my macbook, but hasnt helped.

The only way for me to boot up Bootcamp without eGPU is using the automate.efi, but then it uses the intel iGPU. Even then the RP560X gives a code 43 error. I want to be able to boot up with RP560X when not having an eGPU nearby... please any help is really appreciated!!!

@buh_khuu Boot windows in Safe Mode, remove all GFX drivers using DDU. Then boot normally and install Apple's bootcamp drivers, or follow procedures to setup your eGPU via the build guides I had linked you to previously - or see my signature for all my build guides (it allows boot on RP560X when eGPU is not needed and does not involve iGPU, etc.).

@mac_editor, thanks for taking your time to help me. Ive tried going into safe mode, removed AMD driver's and rebooted, installed apples bootcamp driver's and it sits stuck in the boot... After that I've tried installing driver's from bootcampdrivers.com, but that sets me back to square zero and internal display is yet again only bootable with the integrated Intel iGPU.

@buh_khuu There should be no involvement of the iGPU. Don’t use any hacks or patches. Reset nvram and boot into macOS clean twice. Windows should only boot with dGPU.

Solved:
Use bootcampdrivers.com Adrenalin 18.11 to run smoothly between AMD eGPU and AMD dGPU. Newer versions wont work during my testing
