Recently my egpu stopped working. I had my web drivers to auto update. Any idea whats going on and how to fix?

MACOS High Sierra 17G7024 ,387.10.10.10.40.128, CUDA Driver Version: 418.163. I have deleted and readded all patches. For some reason, my egpu is no longer recognized. I see the egpu under Thunderbolt but not under Graphics\Display
