hi! I have been trying for some weeks now with my Akitio node 3 and amd rx 560 card to work with my MacBook Pro 2016. I think that I have done the latest update with the egpu node. I did it late 2017 but I’m not sure.. I have the beta 10.13.4 beta 2 and everything works but my monitor is glowing but black.. I tried every port, hdmi and DisplayPort and still black. Restart with the cable in and not. I don’t know if my thunderbolt cable is broken or it’s not enough electricity go in to the card/node.. anyone has the same problem? Cheers

I guess is the beta version that have some problem with the external monitor going back and forward between internal and external monitor. If I start up with the Node attached seem working fine. I think they are fixing the hot-plug feature introduced by b1. In 10.13.3 is working fine.
Before assuming something is broken try 10.13.3

late-2013 15" MacBook Pro GT750M + RX580@16Gbps-TB2>TB3 (AKiTiO Node) + macOS 10.12.6
2017 15" MBP 3.1 MHz RP560 + RX580@32Gbps-TB3 (AKiTiO Node) + macOS 10.13.3
2017 15" MBP 3.1 MHz RP560 + AMD Vega FE LC@32Gbps-TB3 (Breakaway/SF600) + macOS 10.13.3
