I just got my Akitio Thunder2 eGPU setup working on my late 2013 MacBook Pro 13" with High Sierra and I was wondering if I can connect a Thunderbolt 2 dock to the other TB2 port on the Thunder 2 so I can hook my keyboard/mouse up.  I have found a lot of information about this on TB3 but not much on TB2.  Anyone running a setup like this? If it will technically work, will a keyboard/mouse cause a bandwidth issue?

Thanks in advance!

Any Thunderbolt daisy-chaining you do with an eGPU (whether an end-chain device or chained off the device) will reduce the amount of bandwidth available to the GPU and likely impact performance. As a rule I would not put any eGPU in a daisy chain if your goal is to maximize performance of the eGPU.
