eGPU Runs Lower FPS vs. Discrete Graphics on MBP 16"

I'm trying to run a RX 5700 XT via Thunderbolt 3 and Razer Core X. My system recognized it right away and it benchmarks 68K on Geekbench 5 vs my MBP 16" 5500M 4GB. It seems to be working correctly; however, when I try to switch World of Warcraft to the eGPU the frame-rate cuts in half, which should not be the case.

Note: I am not using an external monitor; however, you can select which graphics card you want the game to run and I'm picking the 5700 XT. I am also running Big Sur. If I use an external monitor this issue does not happen - it is only when I try to boost my internal monitor.

And Ideas on what is causing this? Thanks in advance!



EDIT: Also, it appears that it is using the memory from the internal and processing from external?
