Has anyone gotten Gsync to work properly? I have tried enabling it with the external monitor as primary so both screens are powered by the GTX and with the internal monitor as primary so only the external is powered by the GTX but both ways the system just locks up whenever anything happens on the internal screen. I have tried using disable monitor to turn off the internal screen but as soon as i launch a game, the screen comes back on and the system locks up.

G-Sync and FreeSync only work in Windows.

Do you mean in general or with eGPUs? Cuz Gsync works fine on my hackintosh. Reason would say that if it works there it should be able to work from an eGPU under the correct circumstances/configuration.

In general. I've never been able to use FreenSync or G-Sync on a Mac Pro tower and eGPU. The Nvidia web drivers may show a G-Sync tab but it does not work.

Hi, any update on Gsync on MacOs?
I'm about to by an egpu system for my (futur) new MBP13, so I'm looking for a good 32" UHD monitor to plug in. Some of them are Gsync but pricer...

Thank you
