I got a Macbok pro 2016 and Akitio node 3 with an amd Rx 560 4GB card.
I installed the new beta and the e-gpu was shown in the top bar, And I check system report/about this mac and saw that the graphics card had changed. And my monitor an Asus 27 inch monitor went on! and I was very happy for a moment.. then the screen went black "glowing, but black" I tried the Displayport 1.4 and hdmi 1.4 and hdmi 2.2 version but still glowing/black.. I can see the screen on my mac and on the internal display I get the new and the card. But I want to use mine monitor.. i saw that some kext you need to update cause the card is not in there.. But the beta gives me the right information..
Thanks for your help!!

Hi with 10.13.4 you should just plug&play without mod or hack. Anyway it is still a beta. have you tried to keep Akitio Node off for w while, reconnect call and reboot Mac?

no, i can try that! thanks for the help 🙂 , i know though that i disable the system integrity protection before trying the update. I read that if i enable it again that it could work! but maybe that resets after i made the update on my mac. but i will try your input and the sip!

No need to disable SIP with Radeon 😀

okey hehe, So i let the node be off for a while and reinstalled osx and the beta again, and now the DisplayPort works when I plug in the gpu node on the rightside of the Mac. but the screen is lit but still black. not sure if i need to plug in the MacBook charger to give extra power or that the thunderbolt 3 cable that came with is broken or something!
