Hi,

I want to have 6 monitors for my mac mini- not for gaming but more for browsing.

My mac mini has 2 hdmi and a thunderbolt already. Is it possible to get the Core X (Do I need Chroma?) and 5500XT (not sure if 5700XT is overkill for my purpose).

So I will have 2 hdmi on the mini and then 4 outputs from the egpu for 6 monitors?

Thanks!!

That will probably work. Some AMD cards like the W5700 allow 6 displays by themselves.

Mac mini (2018), Mac Pro (Early 2008), MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015), GA-Z170X-Gaming 7, Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 580 8GB GDDR5, Sonnet Echo Express III-D, Trebleet Thunderbolt 3 to NVMe M.2 case

On razer core x site, it only lists the following for mac:

macOS Compatible Graphics Chipsets

    • AMD Vega Frontier Edition Air

Where can I check the 5500 xt also work?
