Hello everybody )

My config:

First enclosure is working without problem.
Second can be only start by turning it on after system login.

I try all combinations of buses and th2 ports and enclosures.
Gathered enclosure into thunderbolt chains. etc
System login only with one enclosure connected :/

Any experience on solving such a problems?

Thanx

@dmitry-ostroglyadov, The Mac Pro 6,1 can only boot with the eGPU/s connected to TBT port #5 or #6. I have only tested with one eGPU so I'm not sure how it behaves with multiple. You can always hot-plug.

@itsage, I have tried both egpu connected to 5 & 6 - and failed to boot

Searching around on forumes I found many cases of using multiple egpu boxes with nMP. But no info how they do that. :/

Hot plug works - but I have separate server room and must enter it every time I gonna start/restart system :/
