After upgrade to Catalina not possible to boot WIN10 with eGPU. Any suggestions?

To do: Create my signature with system and expected eGPU configuration information to give context to my posts. I have no builds.

Please check the Startup Disk in Preferences... must be Windows.

What do you mean? We cannot use Option at startup?

I mean: "Please check the Startup Disk in Preferences... must be Windows Bootcamp Partition/Disk."

Normally when you start Mac OS you can press Option to chose the partition, I thought you meant that method was not to be used to get a proper boot of the eGPU.

Right, you need to keep pressed the Option button at start... BUT, it need that in MacOS, under Preferences, Startup Disk you choose Windows partition/disk as default startup disk..

Not sure what you are suggesting here but I believe the issue isn't that the OP cannot boot into bootcamp, its that they cannot boot into bootcamp with eGPU. Which can happen due to firmware updates with macOS Catalina. Changing startup disks is not going to resolve the issue and is unrelated to the problem - it really depends on OP's system config IMO. More information is needed.

Please add system configuration to signature - not possible to answer this question without context.

Im MY case when my OS updates it changes the startup disk to MacOS, I need to change it in order to boot with Bootcamp (it needs to press the Option button too). Without a context, I suggested what happens to me.

You are correct. Issue is changes due to firmware updates in Catalina. I have MacMini 2018 with Sonnet eGFX with Vega64 in it. Monitor connected to DP of eGPU. All worked fine before update to Catalina. Now I can only boot to WIN with eGPU switched off and monitor connected to HDMI of MacMini. When eGPU is connected after botting to WIN10 this end ups with error12 on external card, as always.

Maybe there is the way to have HighSierra external boot HDD and have this somehow as priority boot over Catalina? But don't know how to do that.

Mac mini 2018 cannot boot High Sierra, plus this won't help as once firmware is updated, it generally cannot be rolled back. I think with 10.15.2 they removed Mac mini bootscreen support, which might be the issue.
