Everything was working fine yesterday. I set the computer to sleep and left the it connected to my macbook pro TB overnight. Now this morning after turning it back on, it won't recognize my USB / Ethernet connection. Also my SATA drive in the case is not showing up anymore...
What I've tried to no avail:
- rebooting the mac
- reinstalling Mantiz USB/Ethernet drivers (2.10)
- BTW: I'm running it without a GPU for now, while I buy a new one.
I'm on HighSierra 10.13.4 (17E202) that I updated yesterday (maybe related?).
The Mac is still being charged from the Mantiz and it makes a sound when I plug and unplug it, so I guess it is a software issue. Any tips on what to do? How can I check if it is well setup (considering I don't have a graphics card in the box).

So .. I got it back up again by unpluging the Mantiz from the mac and then rebooting and only plugging it back on after everything is loaded.

The strange thing (good thing actually) is that it is now working again after rebooting with it plugged in...no idea what happened here.

It  happened to me one time, I blamed the GPU keeping something in memory, you just need to keep it disconnected for a while

MacBook Pro 13" 2020 Touch Bar M1 8-core CPU 8-core GPU - 16GB unified memory - 512GB PCIe SSD
MacBook Pro 13" 2020 Touch Bar i7 quad-core 2.3Ghz - 16GB RAM - 1TB PCIe SSD

my awesome Radeon VII eGPU
my Mantiz Venus extreme mod with Sapphire Nitro+ RX Vega 64

In my case I didn't have a GPU to blame 🙂
