Are you still around? Your download link isn't working — whois says the domain expired last Tuesday.

Sorry about that, let the domain expire (intentionally!) and forgot that was linked there. Fixed now.

I'll probably update it at some point, no idea when though, too many other projects Smile

To do: Create my signature with system and expected eGPU configuration information to give context to my posts. I have no builds.

This is a pretty great benchmark utility. Also pushes my AMD Radeon VII GPU pretty hard ang get upwards of ~5800Mray/sec, avg of 4900Mray/sec

Would you consider open sourcing the code so the OSS community can make it work on future Apple Silicon macs and other hardware (Apple Glass, Apple Watch, etc)? I'm also super curious how ray-tracing with Metal works.

Cheers!

@aaron_hilton Yes - been meaning to update this for a while (since the tracer is now quite outdated, and the benchmarking method is not good), but haven't had chance. Will sort that out shortly.

Ok, done Smile I've passed the whole thing on, but it's now open source, with new shaders and much better accuracy for benchmarking. Consider it beta, but usable.

Source is available here:

Wow, man, this is brilliant!
... building on SwiftUI and adding new scenes!! Inlove Starry Eyes
One tip is you should probably add an OSS license like MIT or BSD 2-clause or something to make your copyrights clear. Psonice, this is amaaaazing. My new favourite GPU benchmarking tool!
