The rocket league under MacOs is terrible, can´t barely keep 30fps. Same settings under windows keeps 160fps stable 🙁

Pretty strange I've seen videos of the game running smooth on much slower setup on macOS

Yeah Its really strange, i had a 960 earlier which had 90fps under MacOS.

It was actually the lad with the Titan but love yours too... so thanks for the reply! Interesting performance discrepancies... I have kinda given up gaming in macOS after finding out I had 1/4 the performance as in W10...

Can anyone also test whether El Capitan is supported? Or do we have to upgrade to Sierra?

If this is any indication, Apple should officially support eGPU. Alternatively, Nvidia should help eGPU community to sell more GPUs. The number of Mac Pro tower owners is way less than Thunderbolt Mac owners who are interested in eGPU.
