Random crash with locked screen

I have the configuration you see in the signature. Everything works properly, except for rare cases in which I leave the Mac turned on with the screen locked and I can't unlock it anymore, so the Mac gives no signs of life. I have to force shutdown.

Try disable sleep? What version of macOS is it? 10.14.6? Try macOS 10.15.1 Catalina?
