Wake from sleep problems in Mac OS & Bootcamp

I have my 2019 15" i9 MBP feeding into a Razer Core X with a 5700 XT in clam-shell mode, in a dock 24/7. Thanks to some help earlier I was finally able to swap between OS's without opening my macbook from clam-shell mode, but now I'm struggling to wake it from sleep in either OS.

Under Mac OS my external keyboard and mouse power back on when I try and wake from sleep, the Macbook even registers the key-presses, I can enter my password and everything, only, it won't produce an image on my external display without me opening my macbook. In Bootcamp, key-presses won't wake anything from sleep, it seems like power is lost even though I've gone into device manager and unticked the setting where it turns off my eGPU and USB Hub in sleep. I'm really confused, has anyone else experienced similar? If so, could you please share how you fixed it? I'm so close to having a setup where I can close the laptop and forget about it, but it seems these little problems are the only thing holding it back.

Cheers guys!

I do not let it go into sleep mode while connected to the eGPU in Mac OS mode. Have not yet managed to install Bootcamp.
